проблема с интерактивной доской Hitachi StarBoard FX-TRIO-77E / Екатеринбург
Здравствуйте. Не работает интерактивная доска starboard hitachi fx-trio-77e. При запуске программы выводится сообщение «Система StarBoard не подключена».
Версию ПО обновили до 9.7(была 9.2)
Согласно инструкции (см. прикрепленный файл, стр. 38) пробовали запускать программу LsCamWiz.exe на третьем и шестом шаге выводится сообщение Auto adjustment failed. На доске при настройке сенсора лампочка мигает то красным , то зеленым цветом. При просто подключенной доске к ПК, лампочка горит зеленым.

тоже не настраиваются 3 и 6 камеры кэлукайе 7 июня 2025
При нажатии на ярлык starboard software выдаёт ошибку, система не подключена сибунэрю 8 августа 2021
